As well as a look at news, new releases and how we’re fitting in movie watching with our busy exciting lives, we look into classic films we haven't seen yet and overlooked hidden gems you need to see, ask remakes to justify their existence or be wiped from history and offer parole hearings to bad films that need to be remade to fix their flaws.

This month we have a disaster movie theme so our Classic is a biggie, 1974's iconic The Towering Inferno starring Newman and McQueen. Our Hidden Gem sheds light on a lesser known example of the genre, 2017's Only the Brave.
